Terms of Service for VistaAllra

Welcome to VistaAllra and the domain VistaAllra.vip. Our mission is to deliver All-inspired vista method layouts that inspire creativity and innovation. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms.

General Terms

These terms apply to all offerings provided by VistaAllra. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal consent to engage with our materials. All content remains the intellectual property of VistaAllra unless otherwise stated.

Scope of Offerings

VistaAllra provides three distinct categories: Services, Info Products, and Goods. Each category is governed by its own section below.

Service Terms

Services include consultations, design sessions, and workshops based on All-inspired vista method layouts. Payment must be processed in full before scheduling. You may request a session date change at least 7 days in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for a credit note or refund due to limited availability and preparatory work.

Info Products Terms

Info Products consist of digital guides, templates, and video tutorials delivered online. Upon completion of purchase, you will receive immediate access. All sales of Info Products are final. If delivery fails due to technical issues, we will resend the materials or issue a credit note valid for 6 months.

Goods Terms

Goods include printed manuals, branded merchandise, and physical materials. Orders ship from our location in Toronto. If an item arrives damaged, you may ship-back the item within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or reimbursement of the purchase price. Shipping to our facility for defective goods is covered by VistaAllra. Items opened beyond inspection may be ineligible except in cases of manufacturing defect.

Refund Policy

Refunds and credits are issued according to the offering type:

• Services: Cancel at least 7 days prior to receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. For cancellations within 7 days but beyond 48 hours, you may receive a credit note toward future services.
• Info Products: Sales are final upon access. If access fails due to technical error, VistaAllra will resend materials or grant a credit note valid for 6 months.
• Goods: For damaged shipments, after confirmation and receipt of the ship-back item, VistaAllra will reimburse the purchase price within 7 business days.
